Samarium cobalt

Samarium cobalt magnets are strong permanent magnets made of samarium cobalt alloys. High magnetic field and excellent heat resistance, coupled with low corrosion, can be said to be the best stable magnet. Samarium cobalt magnets can withstand higher temperatures and are less corrosive than NdFeB magnets, requiring no additional gold plating or coating. Mainly used in high temperature, extremely low temperature environment, mostly used in aerospace, engines, sensors, etc.
